Terms and Conditions

  • We only accept the following method of payment on the BootNeck Tees website:

    Credit or debit cards using the Stripe payment gateway

    Why?  Simply because it is an affordable way to take pre-authorised payments that support the business model.  In future, we may look to add more.

  • All T-shirts (and other items) are print on demand – ie specially printed items.  We do not currently have a “store” facility offering t-shirts from stock.  We are therefore unable to offer a return facility if you just don’t like it or if it is the wrong size.  But let us know with 30 days and we will try to find another purchaser and put you in touch.

    However, we will always replace or refund an item that is faulty, though it must be returned to us in LIKE NEW / UNWASHED / UNWORN condition. Buyer pays the return shipping cost.

  • We include P&P within the price of a T-Shirt for all destinations within the UK (so Scotland beware!).

    All items are shipped via the parcel service of our choice.

  • We are currently investigating a flat rate to ship anywhere in the world.  In the meantime any overseas customers, please get in touch before ordering. Please note: unless agreed in advance we would ship overseas by the cheapest method which could take a few weeks depending on your postal service.
